Anyone wishing to bid on any items OVER £5000 must produce a valid photographic identification and proof of address to comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Commission fees:
• Bid in person at the auction: 10% for automobilia, 5% for cars.
• Invaluable online bidding: 15% for automobilia, 7% for cars - (There is a mandatory Invaluable platform fee for successful online bidders of 5% on automobilia and 2% on cars).
• Telephone bidding: 10% for automobilia, 5% for cars - This must be booked in advance of the sale commencing on the Saturday at noon.
• Absentee bidding: 10% for automobilia, 5% for cars. - You can submit for us to enters bids on a specified lot/lots up to the maximum price you have indicated for each lot. You understand that by submitting this bid, you have entered into a bidding contract to purchase the individual lots, if your bid is successful. You understand that if your bid is successful, you will be obligated to pay the purchase price, which will be the sum of the final bid plus the buyer’s premium. On your behalf, we will purchase these lots for the lowest possible price, taking into account the reserve and other bids.
