Anyone wishing to bid must produce a valid photographic identification and proof of address to comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Commission fees:
• Bid in person at the auction: 6%.
• Invaluable online bidding: 8% - 2% is a mandatory Invaluable platform fee for the successful online bidder.
• Telephone bidding: 6% - This must be booked in advance of the sale commencing on the Saturday at noon.
• Absentee bidding: 6% - You can submit for us to enters bids on a specified lot/lots up to the maximum price you have indicated for each lot. You understand that by submitting this bid, you have entered into a bidding contract to purchase the individual lots, if your bid is successful. You understand that if your bid is successful, you will be obligated to pay the purchase price, which will be the sum of the final bid plus the buyer’s premium. On your behalf, we will purchase these lots for the lowest possible price, taking into account the reserve and other bids.
